OK-Chiptuning have revealed a unique package for the Porsche 911 (997) GT2. According to the German aftermarket specialists, the kit is addressed to those who didn’t had the chance to buy the 911 GT2 RS, a special version made by Porsche in only 500 units.
OK-Chiptuning has managed to raise the power offered by the Porsche 911 (997) GT2 at 680 horsepower and 880 Nm peak of torque. The power was obtained by optimizing the ECU. According to the German tuning house, this operation costs 3,500 Euros ($4,760).
As a result, the German model can sprint from 62 mph to 124 mph in just 5.1 seconds. As a reminder, the standard model can do the same sprint in 7.8 seconds, while the GT2 RS can accelerate in 5.9 seconds. Furthermore, the German model equipped with the Ok-Chiptuning package can run from 62 mph in 186 mph in just 18 seconds.
On the outside, the Porsche 911 (997) GT2 has received 19 inch OZ Ultraleggera HLT wheels wrapped in Dunlop SP Sport Maxx tires.
