2017 BMW M760i xDrive – Official pictures and details
BMW has officially unveiled the 2017 BMW M760i xDrive. Scheduled to debut during the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, the German model comes with a revised exterior and interior and with a mighty V12 engine.
On the outside of the 2017 BMW M760i xDrive we see a more aggressive front fascia with a new trunk-mounted rear spoiler. There is also a new sport exhaust system and special Cerium Grey accents. Last but not least is a new set of 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.
Inside the cabin of the 2017 BMW M760i xDrive are a few special touches. We are talking about a new three-spoke steering wheel, stainless steel pedals and illuminated door sill plates. The center console has Piano Black trim and V12 badging.
2017 BMW M760i xDrive – The engine
Under the hood of the German model is a V12 biturbo M Performance 6.6 liter engine. It can deliver 600 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque. The unit is matted to an eight speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system. As a result, the 2017 BMW M760i xDrive can run from not to 62 mph in 3.9 seconds while the top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph.
The 2017 BMW M760i xDrive also has a modified air suspension and an Active Comfort Drive system with Road Preview technology. The German model also features an Integral Active Steering system with slightly turns the rear wheels for improved maneuverability.
According to the German car manufacturer, the new model will go on sale in the US early next year.
