Mercedes has released new details and some teaser images with the upcoming 2015 AMG GT. In the latest number of the company’s “Driving Performance” magazine, the German car manufacturer says the future supercar will feature a “muscular, never ending front and a staggeringly beautiful rear end”. The article goes on and says the Mercedes AMG GT will have an aluminum space frame that will ensure a reduced weight.
According to Mercedes, the upcoming 2015 AMG GT will feature a new twin-turbo engine which will be matted to a dual-clutch transmission. There are rumors that say the upcoming 2015 Mercedes AMG GT will have a twin-turbo 4.0 liter V8 engine rated at 520 horsepower.
Regardless of the final numbers, Mercedes confirmed their new supercar will be launched in March 2015.

Above all because we know that the Mercedes AMG GT can do everything, not just to survive there but to inspired new trends. The Mercedes AMG GT is an all-rounder with extremely sporty aspirations. Yet it’s comfortable and can easily be used for everyday driving”, said AMG CEO Tobias Moers.
