Chevrolet has officially launched the online configurator of the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro. The entry-level 2016 Chevrolet Camaro has a price tag of 26,695 USD. For this amount you will get the 1LT version.
The 2LT variant starts from 30,795 USD, while the 1SS version has a price tag of 37,295 USD. The range topping version is the 2SS can has a starting price of 42,295 USD.
According to the US company, the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro is offered in standard with seven body colors. If you want to stand out the crown you can pick three premium exterior colors.
2016 Chevrolet Camaro – Equipment
Inside the cabin, the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro can be ordered with two different schemes. The 1LT base version has an audio system with 6 speakers, USB and AUX ports, electric front seats, keyless entry and engine start, leather steering wheel and gear knob, rearview camera, electronic parking brake, etc.
The more impressive 1SS version has a limited-slip differential (manual gearbox only), a configurable driver information center and the active rev matching technology. It also features Brembo brakes, Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric run-flat tires and cooling systems for the engine oil, gearbox and differential.
The range-topping version comes with heated and ventilated electric front seats, heated steering wheel, wireless charging for devices, rear spoiler and 20-inch alloy wheels. On the option list you can fins 6-piston front brake kit, dual-mode performance exhaust, premium carpeted floor mats and other goodies.
2016 Chevrolet Camaro – Engine line-up
The base 2016 Chevrolet Camaro features a 2.0 liter turbo unit that needs 5.4 seconds to run from not to 60 mph. The V6 3.6 liter version needs only 5.2 seconds for the same run, while the SS variant does this task in 4.3 seconds.
According to Chevrolet, the first 2016 Chevrolet Camaro deliveries are scheduled for mid-November.
