Chevrolet has officially revealed the all-new 2015 Cruze facelift, ahead of its debut at the 2014 New York Auto Show. On the outside, the U.S.-based model is coming with the dual-port grille flanked by a pair of LED daytime running lights. Furthermore, the 2015 Chevrolet Cruze facelift has revised taillights and an updated color palette.
Inside the cabin, buyers of the 2015 Chevrolet Cruze facelift will find a revised switch gear, improved cup holders, the Siri Eyes Free technology and the Text Message Alert system. The latter one is able to read text messages aloud.
In addition, the Chevrolet engineers have added a seven inch color touchscreen display, OnStar 4G LTE connectivity and an optional GPS navigation system.
The engine lineup of the 2015 Chevrolet Cruze facelift
For now, Chevrolet official declined to mention any powertrain changes, so the engine lineup will probably include:
– A 1.8 liter, 4 cylinder petrol engine with 138 horsepower and 169 Nm peak of torque
– A turbocharged 1.4 liter, 4 cylinder petrol unit with 138 horsepower and 200 Nm peak of torque
– A turbocharged 2.0 liter, 4 cylinder diesel engine with 151 horsepower and 357 Nm peak of torque.
According to Chevrolet, the all-new 2015 Cruze facelift will go on sale this fall and pricing will be announced closer to launch.
